Food Radar – Detecting the “Invisible”
Food Radar Systems is a pioneering company in the detection of foreign bodies in food products. Our patented Food Radar® MicroWave technology was born out of a need to detect contaminants that existing technologies simply cannot see. Position: Electronics R&D – Part-time
We are looking for a driven electronics enthusiast to join our team on a part-time basis, around 10 hours per week. This is an opportunity to contribute to real-world impact in food safety while building a long-term career track with us.
You will work closely with our engineers, developing electronics and control setups that help us run smarter and faster, bridging the gap between advanced factory control concepts and simple, demonstrable examples. Tasks will range from developing small circuits that mimic the behavior of our full-scale system to building a small-scale factory line that shows our customers where and why the Food Radar® should be used for optimum performance. What You Will Do
Develop and manufacture electronics that mimic the Food Radar® system
Build and integrate a small-scale factory line to simulate a real food processing plant
Collaborate with a small, skilled team where your contributions have immediate impact
What We Are Looking For
An electronics enthusiast who sees the beauty in components working together to solve real problems
A knack for solving tasks in a hands-on way
Experience with soldering and designing PCBs
Bonus: knowledge of PLC programming (ladder logic, commonly used by our customers)
Strong communicator in English, Swedish is a plus but not required
